Rita has lived in Santa Cruz County for 37 years, and has 24 years of Real Estate experience. Her career started in the Title & Escrow business, then Wholesale Lending, and finally Real Estate Sales. She is most proud of working for her family operated Mortgage Company in Capitola for 17 years, while keeping her real estate experience active with many transactions during those years.
